Cancellation Policy

To secure your mobile detailing appointment, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, which will be applied directly to your final bill. * More than 48 hours notice: The client can reschedule for free, and the deposit is transferred to the new date. * Less than 24–48 hours notice (Late Cancellation): The $50 deposit is permanently forfeited to cover our technician's lost time and route planning. * Less than 12 hours or No-Show: If our technician arrives at the scheduled location and cannot access the vehicle, a water spigot, 120V electrical outlet or the client is a no-show, a 50% service fee will apply. Mobile Detailing Rain & Bad Weather Policy * Our Commitment: To protect the value of your investment, our mobile detailing services require specific environmental conditions to ensure products cure properly and your vehicle remains spotless. Because Chilliwack weather can change quickly, we have established the following policy to keep your appointment running smoothly. * For Interior-Only Services: * Rain will generally not affect your appointment, provided our technician has clear access to work inside the vehicle without leaving the doors wide open to the elements. We will proceed as scheduled unless severe storms or safety hazards arise. * For Exterior & Full Detail Services: * If rain, high winds, or freezing temperatures are forecasted, we will closely monitor the weather leading up to your booking. * If you have a clean, spacious covered garage or carport with sufficient lighting and clearance, we can proceed with the detail as planned. * If no covered workspace is available, we will contact you at least 2 to 4 hours prior to your appointment to reschedule. * Deposits and Rescheduling: * If we must postpone your appointment due to bad weather, your non-refundable deposit is 100% protected and will automatically transfer to our next available opening that works for you. * Weather-related cancellations initiated by our team do not result in any fees or forfeitures.
